I would put a few folks from the Siri team in there on rotation. The why would become clear as they taste the experience.

Siri team already knows their problems. The head of Siri detailed them to me three years ago and said they were working on a new Siri. We still haven't seen it. Hopefully soon.

When I worked with Nestle, every two weeks we had an all teams meeting. We would hear about the best performing emails across the entire company and have to listen to customer service calls. Learned a lot about what customers cared about on those calls.
