Brian, what do you think about the future of Cortana? or more in general, about Microsoft strategy in voice assistant realms? Do you agree with my hypothesis: https://twitter.com/solyarisoftware/status/1190970364836417536?s=20 … ?

Giorgio, thanks for asking. History will show Microsoft made the largest error of judgment since completely missing the smartphone market.
Although I agree with you Brian. They’ll probably just acquire #voicefirst companies later as the market matures. They have the money to over pay for a proven market.
Richard. I hear ya. You know that is the precise strategy they thought would bring them into the smartphone market. It does not always work.
Contana was never winning as a speaker; and it has no mobile phone OS to embed in, or electronics ecosystem. It will embed in MSFT applications, and in enterprise solutions. Oh and keep your eye on Microsoft Teams.
That's another thing I'm unable to fathom — given Teams and Power suite of citizen platforms (workflow apps, integration+automation & BI), where does Cortana fit in there? How is it going to be "Democratic" if IT were to even allow it?
