🤯 You can FEEL the pressure equalize when you put in AirPods Pro, wow. 👏 And the noise cancelling makes ambient noise SILENT. 😍 But my favorite is Transparency Mode. It’s like a personal soundtrack to the world. Nothing changes, just an extra audio layered added. Holy hell.

That’s it exactly: Transparency is audio AR.

I can just imagine being able to have a tag/beacon “ping” from its real direction via an audio overlay. Or computed audio overlaying the world that you’re walking through.

Folks, It is part of a new Audio AI from the Neural Engine built into each AirPod Pro. The ambient sound damping drops the background by about 45% at the same time it enhances voices. It will bring a new “nod” gesture to up the volume of some voices.https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1180833621675888641?s=20 …

🔮 The new Apple AirPods (Pro) will, at–some-point, have the ability for you to tilt your head in the direction of someone talking to you in a crowded restaurant and you will hear only their voice—in crystal clear clarity. All performed by an AI Neural Engine in each ear. https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1180660687355314176 …

That’ll be pretty awesome. I certainly could use that a lot in crowded situations and loud environs.
