FWIW, Apple says no U1. But I guess we’ll wait for tags and see!

Rene, indeed. I don’t think we are seeing a full U1. But we may be seeing the results of the AirTag. It is likely there are two different types of chips. 1 for the iPhone a lower power pulse chip that simply sends a time pulse. This may be what I observed.

Rene, this is interesting. This is unlicensed spectrum. It is traditional that it is disclosed. If the power is of a threshold. I will have to verify the code on UWB beacons. It may have a pass. Also will look up the FCC docs on AirPod Pro.
