The electrical telegraph was invented in the 1830s. Wireless telegraphy in the 1890s. Tesla's theories were not workable/simply incorrect given our modern understanding. Jens, I hear ya. You know scientists and technologists are rather operated by application. Maxwell of course investigated the theory, Tesla made it practical. Jens, not a problem. I understand. I am in the boat not to garner god status to anyone. Tesla worked alone for many reasons. The scientists that came before are just as important. Both branches are vital. In general I wish we can give a spotlight more to them then the tech.
