Great insight. Indeed some of it does. We have surfaced a biological “network” and just at this point in time we have the invention of the “microscope” to prove the “little creatures” exist. However most of the folks will come kicking and screaming into this new technology.

The reason that the frequencies mentioned in the article are hard to quantify is that they do not occur with regularity. They are part of what I call "Sudden Impulse Events" or SIEs. This is why things like telepathy, etc. are almost impossible to quantify with current methods

Reminds me of a project on worked on years ago: a mosquito trap based on observations during Vietnam war. Besides CO2, attractors included a low-frequency heartbeat; sub-human range. During testing one of the principals took it to his cabin where it would drive his wife nuts :D
