Walmart’s entry into #VoiceFirst devices will surprise just about everyone. Using a very new approach to AI many will be shocked by the technology from this company. The devices will create new categories. From the Flower Pot to the car trunk.

Brian do you believe companies who prioritize privacy in their
#VoiceFirst products can succeed in this market? Personally, I’d be highly skeptical of Walmart devices as I am of products from Amazon.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

Andy, thank for asking. It is one reason I am building HyperLocal HyperContextual Holographic Crystal memory systems. I have the entire Wikipedia dump plus millions of books and 1000s of other data stores local. No internet ever. Thus all of the personal context is local.

Conceptually I like your approach and I’m speaking with an early stage voice first startup that is considering a similar local approach to address privacy concerns. Thanks for sharing.

Andy, thank you! I hear ya. It would be an honor to assist in any way possible. There are many things that a startup can do but the plan must be crafted meticulously.

You’re certainly on my short list of people to have them speak with if they decide to move forward with a security first PoC.
