What I found Brian is that human brain wave patterns are extremely similar to stock charts, believe it or not. Detrend a stock chart and it is virtually identical to an EEG with occasional seizure activity.

So you are exactly right, it should be, at least theoretically possible, to recreate the emotional makeup of another person, and their most probably reactions to various types of information and stimuli, and transfer it into an artificial device like a Voice assistant.
