This doesn’t make any sense. Stores that have a Video Wall are hosting viewing parties of the event, you can even sign up for them on the Today At Apple page. Secondly, EVERY year the night before phones are released stores put up curtains

Leb, I hear ya. But.. "An Apple retail employee contacted MacRumors and confirmed Gurman's report.
