1967 Marshall McLuhan predicted social media and the problems it has brought about—and the solutions. Marshall McLuhan goes on to say what happens when all the walls of privacy are taken down. What happens to identity, family, relationships, jobs and economies— in 1967 before the internet and the personal computer. He was crazy—until he wasn’t.pic.twitter.com/Wx3GzHkCKs

Marshall McLuhan, 1967 on education: "In the 19th century the knowledge inside the schoolroom was higher than the knowledge outside—today it is reversed the child knows that in going to school he is in a sense interrupting his education" He was crazy—until he wasn’t.pic.twitter.com/DeZjwOGdp6
