Today I give a private symposium on how American Sign Language will work in #VoiceFirst. I’ll be assisted by someone that can sign ~120 words per minute.
We will not be thumb clawing at glass on our way into the next 50 years, no the next 50 years is #VoiceFirst!

Piotr, great question! The human Shannon bandwidth limit is ~40 bits per second, no matter the data source including images. A contemporaneous speaker can go to ~120 wpm. Thumb clawing is ~9 words per minute even with word selection.
