Luis, I hear ya. Do a bit of research. Over 90 peer reviewed studies from universities. I think the data is conclusive. It is the isolation of the spectrum and the amount of exposure to the isolate.

Dumb questions, but I als in all sincerity: Is there a way to produce screens that do not emit harmful blue light? Is the tech industry studying this?
-
Bertha, no dumb questions. Thanks for asking! The nature of the LEDs that illuminate the current screens are likely to be stuck to some degree in the blue spectrum. There are ways however to mitigate it if there is a focus on the issues. There just needs to be a desire.

Eduardo, thank you. I really appreciate it. This has not been debunked. Please read the feast of the threads here.

Kudos for bringing this up. My wife is a huge blue light blocker proponent. My boys and I wear them in evenings when using devices or watching movies!

Isn't "Blu-ray" an actual trademark? Is there a joke I'm missing here?
