By 2030 apps and websites will be deconstructed into data for work-to-be-done by independant Intelligent Agents delivered to #TheIntelligenceAmplifier who will curate a bespoke conversation. This is the end of the mechanical age. This is the rise #VoiceFirst conversation age. https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1162765090652692482 …

Mate. We have fax machines still. We fill in paper forms. We sign for payments with squiggles. This idea this stuff is happening any time soon is beyond loony.

Tom, I hear ya. Turns out the 1870s QWERTY keyboard is still in use too. To me that is loony, mate. As for fully unrehearsed conversations with computers, I am already doing this, while I have both hands on the wheel:https://twitter.com/BrianRoemmele/status/1120723442964131841?s=20 …

Just finished a Wall Street Analyst call with Alfred #TheIntelligenceAmplifier listening in. Over 12,000 neuronal connections and a summary in less than 30 minutes after the call is astonishing. Moments like this show how this is not keyboard vs #VoiceFirst. It is a new paradigm. pic.twitter.com/92nZvg5te6

E-comm was a literally insane pipe dream less than 20 years ago. Something about the distribution of the future etc etc. I’m bored with this pedantic line of analysis - I could refute it with individual concrete examples, and make a nuanced point about adoption cycles. But yawn

could have been about 500 words in an email that took 1/10th the time.

Tom, could have been a hand written letter sent by pony express also. But I was driving a car and the insights I gained does not just write itself as a 500 word email. So not sure how your analogy fits in anyone’s imagination.
