Indeed! It takes new approaches and new thinking to move the entire world of technology forward. It is disappointing to see an executive of one of the best companies assuming there is only one way and see it fail, in his mind and give up and say “nothing to see here folks”.

He's right though - no digital assistant fulfills our expectations yet, despite awesome engineering. Which is why they're in Gartner's 'peak of inflated expectations' curve of hype cycle - for now......

Indeed. Yet as the leader of the Siri group, it is your job to lead and solve this problem. It is solvable, I have done it in a garage and you folks have done it in a very elegant way. This is how technology moves forward. If the old way fails, try a new way. Lead with vision.
