Siri’s team told me four years ago that it would need to be completely rebuilt. @Dagk showed me why when he left Apple and started Viv. Apple has been making moves. I expect to see major improvements next year as it launches Spatial Computing devices.

Pains me to say, you didn’t actually read the entire article. Like to the end? Alexa is like a super well trained ape, or dog. Siri is like a substandard ape or dog. But both just apes and dogs, not humans. Never will be. Apple is profitable, Amazon may never be

Marlon, I hear ya. As the leader of the Siri group, it is your job to lead and solve this problem. It is solvable, I have done it in a garage, other folks have done it in a very elegant way. It is how technology moves forward. If the old way fails try a new way. Lead with vision

I hear ya. One point I was making is from a product category point of view. It is history that Alexa dominated a new platform paradigm. This was for Apple to own-with vision. They had a leader with no vision.
