Saad, great question. I have sent dozens of folks to learn to code in COBOL. Most work from their homes and have a great view of the beach or mountains. They don’t need or care about startup fame. They love their life and live their life.

Sudarshan, thanks for asking! There are many free courses, when I get to my library I will pass along. If you can take legacy code and keep it working effectively you have a job for quite sometime, no matter where you live.
