Jump on a call in an airport with @Delta support and it’s pretty clear voice first has serious limitations (and omg imagine being on a plane full of voice first smartphone users). And not to get started on the huge privacy problems of shouting your birthday and email out.

#VoiceFirst this is IVR and it has done decades of harm in the perceptions of this technology.#VoiceFirst is about voice meditated AI doing 99.99% of the work. Our voice just starts the process. As for the responce, it will be in your ear.
