Erik, indeed! It is so fascinating just how much data, knowledge and AI we will have on an non-internet connected chip. I am trying to be conservative but no doubt it will be a bit sooner than later.
AirPods with "Hey Siri" can do it today. As storage shrinks and tiny CPUs accelerate, imagine where we'll be 10 years from now with Virtual Assistants. SO EXCITING!!
Imagine never having to memorize any fact, because it is somehow wired in to your consciousness? There is no doubt in my mind that my grandchildren will be cybernetic.
Data navigation will be priceless.
I’m also waiting for it all to be accessible via an IoT enabled AR contact lens. That will be a true game changer!
