Totally. Trust is fragile, esp. at this stage of adoption. Still, I think the vast majority of people don’t question such things...or even when they do, only a minority does anything about it (like deleting or unplugging). Personally, this sickens me. I agree w/ ya...bad move.

Ive just been so wrong about what ppl are willing to trust (or what privacy, as one example, they are willing to give up, consciously and otherwise). Its perplexing, but many cos have taken advantage of it, and with great success.
