Correct. According to their website, it's "a data visualization, based on global open datasets of cell tower, Wi-Fi and satellite locations" with data on "almost 7 million cell towers, 19 million Wi-Fi routers and hundreds of satellites." http://architectureofradio.com

Cam, Indeed. Additionally it does a real-time mapping of local WiFi in your area with an audio aspect that is really quite interesting.
