Phillip, I hear ya. You know the hospitality industry has taught me that folks will be very, very frank with any displeasure in their stay. The #VoiceFirst food ordering aspect has less complaints than any other aspect including calling room service on the phone.

That's great. Studying people for 25 years taught me that people mostly forget passing issues and that no complaints!= no problems. Obviously YMMV. Any way I can get access to a demo of the current system? Is this at the Wynn?
