How will people - who work in tightly packed work environments deal with voice first? Open offices are too loud and distracting as it is now.

Great question. There are a few ways. First it is not Voice Only it is #VoiceFirst. In many ways you would handle conversation like you do with a phone call, today. In the future there will be about a dozen ways beyond this that will work.
