I wonder how this links to environmental sustainability - since consumers currently express their wishes in this area via brand and shop choice. Will there be ‘ethical’ algos?

Chippy, awesome question and I have thought if this aspect for over 30 years. It will be a very complex and interesting shift of power with the prospect of Google sized companies being friend around it. Not likely to be a company we know today.

Chippy, exactly! The true Personal Assistant AI will have deeper context than anything seen thus far. It will become a proxy to us. It is vastly unlikely however we will trust this to a cloud based system after the Privacy Revolt of 2026. Thus we will replace ads with us.
