I agree, but still struggle with using voice when others are around, alone in my office or home - workable, but even in my office with door open is odd, maybe that awkwardness goes away at some point, not sure

Alex, I hear ya. You know this happened before in history. Telephonophobia impacted 90% of the populations the early 1900s. They had classes and groups. It took till the 1920s to subside. See old movies and how they talked in a phone. The cell phone also in the 1980s example too.
