Interesting paradigm shift - consumers no longer have to go to the internet via mobile/desktop, but rather the store is now in their home with them. I never thought of it like that!

Jason, indeed. This concept is lost on too many folks directing billions of dollars and thousands of people working on
#VoiceFirst. worse yet, that have been misdirected to ignore#VoiceCommerce. Of course there will be images, not voice only. Voice is the fundamental interface.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

It makes so much sense. It’s really a ‘wow’ moment for me just to think that aside from the benefits of voice as the interface, and not just for convenience, but the fundamental difference of the store et al being in your kitchen, vice having to go to them (even digitally)

Jason, indeed! You have arrived. From this point on the world will look fundamentally different to you.

I can’t help but wonder about the psychological shift that will take place as well. Once the novelty wears off, you’re left with the difference between an email or phone call, or speaking face to face. I imagine once past the very near tipping point, acceptance will be universal.

Jason, great point. We humans are hard wired for conversation. If that conversation is with a true #VoiceFirst personal assistant like systems I designed to make the interaction human-like, we will actually shift to a more natural state.
We are not designed to talk with thumbs.
