Hmm, I agree that Voice Shopping will be ubiquitous. But I disagree with Alexa being the agent to accomplish that (hardware maybe, assistant no) A single ubiquitous agent (personified by one name) would homogenize all interactions that are naturally heterogeneous

If our identity is largely shaped by the interactions with the many different agents (people) we meet through our lives... What would happen if people’s interactions consisted primarily of one single agent (e.g. Alexa)? The homogenization of our identity? I would suppose so...
