I do. I offer the only free Linux classes in London. I want to make Linux as popular as it can possible be (2$ on desktop is poor) Thus I run the largest educational Linux group in London and we have decent participation from our women members, etc Everything we do is FREE :)pic.twitter.com/kkQagAiplt

I do a lot more than running Meetup I take every opportunity to promote Linux and small wonder why it only has 2% on desktop It is often seen as elitist, specialist and too difficult to learn If we wish for Linux to be more ubiquitous then we have to change those perceptions

Naturally there are broader philosophical and practical questions that when you put a price on something doesn't it restrict it?
Evidence of the growth of FOSS (and even github) show that when something is freely available it grows and reaches places that we wouldn't expect
