@BrianHDarling Just the opposite. I think the Court can and should uphold DOMA, and refrain from striking down state same-sex marriage laws. -
@DeanClancy - I agree with you, but the more the feds involve themselves in marriage, more likely feds force states to change definition. -
@BrianHDarling There's no neutral in this debate, and no way for feds to avoid all involvement in marriage. DOMA is the "neutral" policy.
