Watertown PD are looking for 10 y/o Roscoe. It's owner reported it stolen March 25th.
It may have been seen on Arsenal St. 3 days later. Witnesses say it was scooped up by blond haired male & a 2nd person driving an older model gray car.

The dog was indeed kept by the people who found him... they claim they tried to contact the SPCA and see if it was chipped and I have no reason to doubt that they did, but yes, the dog has been brought home.
