Yes. An area of Birmingham that took “Vietnamese boat people” way back when. It was scrubbed clean, the kids were immaculate and well behaved. A small area which was improved no end.
Have you ever wandered into an neighbourhood populated with migrants and thought "I love how they've done it up here. It looks so much better. And safer too."? Genuine question. The areas/towns I know of have been turned into dystopian ghettos. Anywhere bucked the trend?

Most areas of outer Birmingham are densely populated and turned into complete shit holes. Coventry is even worse and very rarely do you see or hear an English speaking voice.
