    I'm standing for trust and democracy in Suffolk Coastal. I am the only candidate who believes in getting full control of our laws, borders, money, trade & fishing, as we voted for in 2016. I am your pro-Brexit Independent. Vote for Brexit! Vote for Democracy! Vote for Love!

    We received fewer votes than people who had thanked us for standing. In Suffolk Coastal people voted to deny Corbyn even when it did not split the vote. Sorry the huge effort by many volunteers was not rewarded in votes. The Conservatives own Brexit now - lets hope they deliver.

    Finally after 2 1/2 months. Brilliant performance by the whole team - all volunteers. We have delivered on our promise to stand. Only question - if Boris wins, will this be Brexit? Will he be discovered and the chaos restarts. Return our territorial waters - that will be Brexit!

    A highlight after this Election will be cancelling my online subscription to the scaremongering Daily Telegraph. It is now a Boris Fanzine! After years of condemning May’s Deal, Boris’s is now the best thing since sliced bread. It is not ‘oven ready’ it is ‘half baked’!

    Many people in Suffolk Coastal have mislaid or lost their Postal Vote form. From Friday you can ring 01502 523320 or email elections@eastsuffolk.gov.uk and tell them you have misplaced it to receive another.

    Watching Under 30’s question time. Everyone should watch on ‘catch up’ and form their own opinions. The virtue signalling is incredible - by the grown ups that is. Angela Rayner wins hands down v Jo Swinson. This programme should have an X rating. Be scared, be very, very scared.

    Proof that the Boris is about to sacrifice Fishing. EU want access to U.K. waters by June or no further trade agreements. The people are being conned but in Suffolk Coastal I have yet to meet someone who is not aware of this. Boris’s Deal is not ‘oven ready,’ it is ‘half baked’.

    After five hours leafleting I return to the Felixstowe Brexit Shop and opened the mail. Obviously doing something wrong!!!

    Four of us out for five hours delivering leaflets. Hard being an Independent without the massive cash and labour resources of the main parties. If this election was calculated upon the effort of individual volunteers, we would be past the winning post. Many thanks to them all.

    Starting to believe the campaign is gaining traction, even as an Independent! People don’t want the status quo and are searching for alternatives. We may be Brexit but we do stand for the People and for our Democracy. We stand for families, communities and the disenfranchised.

    Saxmundham and Leiston today, speaking to business owners. People receptive, even if from the outset they knew we would disagree. Not being a politician was huge! Landlord, The Engineers Arms, Leighton talks sense. Wasn’t interested until I told him I wasn’t a politician.

    What is the rationale behind MEPs who have deserted the BXP. The timing is deeply cynical ( Andrew Neil interview ) but the question is why? In Suffolk Coastal many were disenfranchised but do have someone to vote for. We are true to our word, nothing changes. Vote for Love.

    Signs up in three locations around the Seven Hills roundabout. We ended up covered in some unsavoury farmyard fertiliser- very unpleasant in the car. Strange political events taking place. In Suffolk Coastal we stand by our promise to represent the people who voted Leave.

    We know the Conservative Party is not the party of Brexit - how many of their previous MPs voted Remain. We know Boris’s Deal is 95% May’s. But, how long ago Tony Blair was holding meetings with senior Tory MPs? Anyone still trust them? Vote Brexit! Vote Democracy! Vote for Love!

    The postal votes system is abused. More nuanced, the big parties claim them as a right of passage and secure huge advantages. They encourage postal voting and an early response through constant advertising. I thought PV was to help the infirm and absent, not to skew the system.

    Interesting reaction by post. Remainer, confronted by the fact that the will of the 52% has not yet been honoured, says she “has had her vote ignored, as one of the 48%”. File that in the bin.
