Let’s just ignore the fact that they made this decision for 3% checking 24 hrs before announcing to try to keep money outflow after mess up. No mention of anything about huge lapse on their part.

I wasn’t able to sell my options this morning for a gain. Now they are losers. I haven’t touched them. I’m afraid to sell them now. I don’t want them to tell me I’m stuck because I completed the trade.

It only takes one event like this to ruin your image. They should just refund everyone & take an L. They clearly pissed off a lot of people. Usually they are quick to respond to support messages & I still haven’t heard back besides automated message

Costing me a $225 profit right now on a $30 option

I feel your pain. I had some issues that kept me from day trading b/c they said I breached the PDT rules, which I didn't. So it fuked me on Monday out of 100% on a trade I opened up in the morning only to find out if I closed, they would close my account to. Now I can't exit shit

Best part is, I never broke the PDT rules & they removed the restriction a day after I had to explain to customer support why I didn't make 5 day trades in 5 trading days. But again, I lost money because unable to exit. Switching over to Shcwab or Fidelity is prob the move now
