Dunst & Metcalf

-
I feel like Keener was the overlooked actresss performance in Get Out. She's really scary
-
It's a pretty great ensemble across the board, but Betty Gabriel was the standout for me. Keener is reliably great though, she's a fab actress so I expected nothing less than brilliance from her.
-
Yeah Gabriel is good but I didn't think her role made a ton of sense (i didn't really buy that the grandparents would be acting like servants and found stanfield's role more effective
-
They don't, they're just masquerading as them for Daniel Kaluuya's character. If you notice, the servants talk in particular like old, rich people. And the original person is hidden within the body (thus the weird crying through huge grins and admonitions).
-
I got that but then I thought they'd seem more annoyed at acting like servants especially when all the old people come over.
-
I watched it like 3 times, & they're never really seen serving the other old people, so they don't...really act like servants much at all.
-
I get it.

At least one of them is evil.

That's bad right?
