Random additional Dune thought: the Dune (2021) House Atreides theme (with the bagpipes) is absolutely awesome and I love it: https://youtu.be/O-5YTwVPNQ8 It manages, for me at least, to be epic and alien and intimidating all at the same time which is the right mix, I think.
Though as an aside, I also thought that Brian Tyler's House Atreides theme from the Children of Dune miniseries was also quite good, albeit in a different way (and coming at a very different moment for the Atreides):https://youtu.be/SguJsXDWyw0
Both themes accomplish different aims: the Zimmer theme has to stress the harsh, military side of House Atreides and it does so beautifully, while the Tyler theme has to capture the Atreides ensconced in Arrakeen as an imperial capital, which I think it succeeds at as well.
