As a Book Reader, I am really enjoying the genre of tweet that is, "What they really should have done in Dune is <thing that absolutely happens in Dune, but maybe not in the first half>." Absolutely the best. (Still haven't seen the movie yet)

Beginning to think that I might be able to do a good Siege of Gondor/Helm's Deep style series using Dune to discuss insurgency and counter-insurgency operations. But then I might have to wait for Part II, which might be rather a long wait to wait.
