Did Julius spend enough time in the Italian countryside during this period for distinguishing "time in Rome" as a subset of "time in Italy," or was his time in Italy basically all transit to or from Rome?
The latter, but the transit time is meaningful. I didn't have dates for his time in Rome itself, so I lumped it all together.
