LOL, so true. I'm glad to be back teaching in person, but for COVID I switched over to almost entirely essay-based assessment so I wouldn't have to use these silly anti-cheating things.

I’ve been doing essay-based assessment for two full years and I don’t think I’ll ever give another exam. And RLB is so gross, such an invasion of privacy and incredibly ableist. I’d like to see it wiped from the earth

It is terrible, as a student because it gives us so much anxiety. People watching us take an exam, and if we move it flags us. They need to remove it. I have tons of respect for you guys for not assigning those stupid lb exams and doing essay based exams instead
