Looking for a good book on the Helots of Sparta. Any suggestions?

More recently, I thought N.M. Kennel, Spartans: A New History (2010) did a decent job of bringing the helots into its treatment, though it is still primarily about the spartiates.
uh, @Roelkonijn - you doubtless know the scholarship here better than I. What would you suggest here?

Thanks! Looking for a good overview but something on the Helot Revolts would also be good.

The main monograph is in French (Ducat, "Les Hilotes", 1991). But there are some great recent works in English, especially Luraghi's book on Messenia.
