Looking for a good book on the Helots of Sparta. Any suggestions?

There is, to my knowledge, no monograph treatment specifically on the helots. Honestly, there is just so little evidence, I'm not sure you could write one. Somewhat old now, but they get a decent amount of attention in P. Cartledge, Sparta and Lakonia: A Regional History (1979)
More recently, I thought N.M. Kennel, Spartans: A New History (2010) did a decent job of bringing the helots into its treatment, though it is still primarily about the spartiates.
