Are most students taking those courses for gen-ed or open electives instead of as part of majors/minors?
History of Rome? Mostly gen-eds, but a decent contingent of history majors and classics majors usually. Global History of Warfare is a mix of general student interest, PWAD (peace, war and defense), history and poli-sci majors and ROTC cadets who need the course.
