What sort of gender ratio do you get on military history? Mine's 'way too many blokes'.

There's certainly a gender skew, it's maybe 60/40 male-skewed. Which isn't too bad until I remember that I think my campus is something like 60/40 the *other way* so it's a pretty pronounced shift.

Do you reward each class by telling them they get to graduate if they help to enroll the next class?

I do not. Honestly, for some subjects, public interest is just high enough that classes fill and you don't need to do anything. I don't do any sort of advertising for my courses. That doesn't necessarily mean those subjects are more worthy of teaching, mind you.
