I think getting a good list of pro vaccine people the hesitant are likely to respect and presenting that in a positive light. So ‘Hey, isn’t it great that deSantis/Shapiro/ whoever are pro vaccine. Shows there is across the board support for this.’ Something like that.
True, but that seems tricky given that there's a pretty vocal effort to force exactly those people to prevaricate on their vaccination status and they have incentives to send mixed messages.

Yes. I think they are a LOT less vocal than they could be. But if we want to persuade the hesitant we should play up their support. (As a smoker I always hated being talked down to ie smoking is dumb! - when I read Allen Carr’s book, which did the opposite, I quit overnight.
