If it's the Dothraki of the books or the show against Helm's Deep, my money is on Helm's Deep, because the Dothraki are pretty incompetent nomads. The actual Mongols would utterly wreck both of them though.

Mongols would have loved to face the Dothraki - all the recklessness and over-willingness to charge of the European cavalry they beat several times, without any of the excellent armour and equipment the latter had to make things a bit harder
