No, it has fallen to private businesses, which have already started demanding proof of vaccination to enter, and I'm assuming (on the basis of little evidence, as yet) that this will become widespread in coming months
some places are requiring those little cards they were using to keep track of your vaccine dosages/batches to prove you are vaccinated. Not Gov't policy afaik, but there's been some private businesses requiring them where I am
