Movies, plural? No, they only made one movie, with the Borg. It was OK, but compared to the show, kind of disappointing. Fortunately they never made any more Star Trek films after that. It might even be time for a fresh start...

First Contact is absolutely the best and most entertaining of the movies but I think it might also be the most damaging to the series' legacy so it's really a toss-up for me

The problem I have with First Contact is that it is the clearest opportunity to do TNG's Wrath of Khan story, but 1) they did it only OK and 2) they had to memory-hole TNG's "Family" to do it.
