Yes, we have other terms for this - Le Mirage Spartiate and Laconophilia. Where I think spartaganda differs from those is that it is even less tutored in the actual source material. It is Sparta, dimly but positively remembered just through Plutarch, or 'that one class.'

Laconophilia sounds like the wrong word for it though. When I hear laconophilia I think about classicists enjoying their red wine with some witty oneliners
