I was wondering if you were planning to move Vicky 2 up (or possibly cover V3 instead), but apparently there wasn't room *to* move it up.
Vicky2 really serves as a brilliant counterpoint to Eu4 in how it treats violence, politics and so on. The state in Vicky2 isn't all powerful, but sails on a tempest of unruly pops and Vicky2 captures the changing nature of IR-anarchy in the ind. revolution. It had to be next.
