Wah... From the blog, it looked interesting, so I got this today. But on my Linux laptops, scrolling and clicking was broken, on my M1 macbook pro, clicking was broken and on my Windows system, I realized I just couldn't even read the stuff on screen. Everything was too small!

There are some deterrence tools, though they go back to hard power - you can use warnings and guarantees to extend hard-power deterrence to cover other states (so containment is an available strategy).

I would be really interested in how you feel about EU4’s modeling of slavery as a resource on par with copper and timber. I can’t think of another approach in this type of game that “an acceptable simulation in a state-driven game that grossly overlooks human experiences”
