Honestly, wish I had taken more screenshots over the years. I've got a Prussia-into-Greater-Germany-by-1750 run, one game where I formed Hindustan (as I can't remember who) another forming Bharat, but evidently no screencaps of runs as Austria, the Mamluks, etc.
Also funny realizing that I straight up haven't bothered to play most of the recommended countries, because they're too big and powerful at start; I haven't played England, France, Ottomans, Portugal, Castile, Sweden or Muscovy since EU3.
Though I have had really fun runs with the Ottoman Empire in VickyII, where its starting position is a bet less initially dominant and the odds are much more stacked against you Though, alas, I've lost the screencaps of my Vicky2 Netherlands-Great-Power run.

Had a EU3 save as France, and it's really too powerful even with it's initial state at the start. After the unification I became the Holy Emperor by accident (wanted to dismantle the HRE with the electors as vassals to stop attacking me constantly, %
% but the emperor died and I had some vassal electors already), so let's colonize. Went so good that North America was entire one blue blob. Okay, so let's go to east, and took a huge chunk of India, without any kind of effort. %
