One real advantage of building up a blog full of historical essays is often I can shortcut key concepts by linking to another post where I defined them. Let's see, assuming about a 100 posts, each long time reading viewing each page 3x (rereads and refreshes), that'd be like ... 10,000 dedicated readers? Could easily be off by a lot though. Regardless, imagine pulling an irl crowd that size each week for a colloquium. It's a lot

I've got 117 posts. Median views per post is probably around 15k. Least popular real content post is 2.5k views, most popular is 129k (excluding the homepage).
